Weighing Controller Models:
- SS-WT-96-V1 Weighing Logic Controller – This is a panel mount controller in 96x96mm DIN size. It has dual display and multifunction keypad. This controller is used for simple setpoint control applications used in filling machines, weight totalizers and single station weighing control systems.
- Batch Weighing Controller (SS-DH-V4) – Batch weighing is an application where multiple products are to be weighed and mixed in a batch. This controller is interfaced to a single loadcell channel or double loadcell channels and perform additive batch mixing of ingredients in the weight hopper. There is HMI for setting the batch recipe and configuring all the timings and filling related parameters.
- Dual Head Weighing Controller with Touchscreen LCD – The Dual Head weighing controller is primarily designed to control two filling stations using a single controller. The controller performs filling operations of 2 nos of loadcell based systems simultaneously. The controller is interfaced to HMI for user interface. There are separate set of inputs, outputs, analog outputs for each weighing head.
- Linear Weighing Controller – The linear weighing controller is used in weighing based packaging machines. The linear weighers are used extensively in all weighing based packaging systems where vibratory or conveyor-based feeders are used to control the amount of material to be weighed and packed. The feeders are controlled by this controller on weight-feedback. All the operations like weigh hopper dump using stepper motors, pneumatic cylinders, vibrator feeder control are performed by this controller.
